It’s about the value received by the customer and the ramped shape of the payments perfectly reflects the ramped shape of the value received. In this case, I’d want to weight towards TCV because if they are not successful in year 1, then I fail to collect 5/6 th of the deal. The ramped shape of the curve is not about financing at all.
