Revenue churn vs. customer churn Up until January 2020, almost all of our growth over the past 5 years had been generated through a pretty traditional sales-led growth strategy. This means that our revenue churn was very low. Churn was largely isolated to the small accounts, so revenue churn and volatility was quite low.
