Exactly 10 years ago today—May 10, 2010—I slinked through office doors that opened to my first day of work at a “real job.” There’s an awful lot of nuance here and the devil is in the details. Especially in early stage tech start-ups, I think we need to see more collective accountability for company performance across functions.
