A couple of them our team did. Working as a apple tech was awful but for the rude customers I would put on hold while I went outside to chat with co workers or grab something from the vending machine. Constantly looking at the clock during calls, thinking when will it end!! What can we learn from this? Its a tough job.

Never believe that doubting yourself is a bad thing. That company only lasted another year before they were out of business, so it was a poor use of my energy, time, and being away from my family – a lesson I work to pass on to others new in roles today.
