On the flip side, I monetized NeilPatel.com much earlier than Quick Sprout and, of course, I got better at marketing and entrepreneurship at the same time. But because he is great at hiring and building up people, he is able to generate more revenue from the same amount of traffic. If you want to grow fast you need to hire people.
