Although it is a company providing telecommunication services it takes real charges and has managed to keep its margins high as a software company of about 52% at $2B in ARR. Enterprise is stable whereas SMB’s are skyrocketing in Shopify. Meaning to say as it grows they don’t necessarily leave the small customers behind.
