In many ways, your Quality of Life will simply be awful. In my first start-up as a founder, I had a great CTO and VPE and a pretty darn good VP Ops from the very beginning. Your quality of life will simply be awful if your co-founders aren’t as committed as you, and if they aren’t at least close to as good as you.
