“My App Stack” is a new series where we dig in with top CMOs, CROs, CTOs and CEOs on just what apps they’re really using to run their business.  I always learn a lot from these — they are in essence a best practices list from each leader.  Last week we had a great one with Frank Dale, SVP of Product at SalesLoft, check it out here.

This week we have Robby Allen, Chief Revenue Officer at AgentSync!

#1.  What’s your core stack of apps today?

#2.  What’s the number one top new app you’ve added the past year?

Catalyst – our CSM team now has a platform designed for them to bring value to customers in every interaction.

#3.  Other than your own, what app would you never let anyone take away from you no matter what:

Gong – one of the few apps that drives value for all users, from ICs to Execs. We use Gong for everything from driving our enablement efforts to managing the forecast.

#4.  What’s your top “undiscovered gem” — an app you love but others may not have heard of?

Scratchpad: Most apps are built with management in mind. What I love about Scratchpad is that it is built with the rep in mind. Designed to simplify interaction with Salesforce objects, this app is a favorite amongst the team for all of the keystrokes that it saves AEs.

Robby Allen is the Chief Revenue Officer at AgentSync, where he leads all revenue-generating teams across sales, customer success, support, revenue operations, channel, sales development and sales enablement as they work together to deliver against AgentSync’s revenue targets.  In his role as CRO, Robby prioritizes building a world class team, delivering value in every customer interaction, and creating a culture of gratitude across the organization.
