#16.  Bottom Up vs. Top Down Selling in the Enterprise with ThoughtSpot CEO Sudheesh Nair.  I really love this session — watch it.  Sudheesh headed up sales at Nutanix and now is CEO of Thoughspot, so he’s build all sorts of world-class sales teams.  This is a masterclass on scaling all different types of sales in the current environment.

#17.  The SaaS Org Chart by Series with David Sacks, Co-founder and General Partner at Craft Ventures.   David and Stewart Butterfield of Slack were our last speakers at the very first SaaStr Annual in 2015, and since then, David has done 2 incredible SaaStr Annual session that have been among our most referenced ever.   This one on the org chart is required watching as you scale.

#18.  The Cadence: How to Turn Your SaaS Startup into an Army w/Craft Ventures General Partner David Sacks.  Folks also loved this digital session from David on how to build an army in your startup.

#19. Tales of a Modern CEO with the CEOs of Atlassian & Trello.  A pretty fun classic session with the CEO of Atlassian together with the CEO of Trello after they’d been acquired.  It’s almost like a sneak-peak at an Atlassian exec team meeting.

#20. The Things Nobody Tells You About An $8B Acquisition with Ryan Smith from Qualtrics.  A super fun classic session Ryan Smith and I did just after Qualtrics was acquired by SAP for $8B.  (It then went on to IPO as a spin-out not long thereafter).  We talked about how and when to sell, how to handle equity in a bootstrapped startup, and more.
