I think a SLA is most importantly a cultural commitment. That you truly, fully stand behind an enterprise-grade product. Cloudflare for example has had its challenges, but I love this commitment in their base SLA -> “1.1 100% Uptime. The Service will serve Customer Content 100% of the time without qualification. ”. As a vendor, if you are selling to the enterprise, you should provide an SLA if asked.
