As it looks like Shelter may last even longer, our YouTube videos continue to grow much faster than before.  So what are SaaStr folks watching most this week (not including top videos also watched last week)?

Let’s take a look!

#1: Q+A With Jason Lemkin + CMO of Algolia: “Top Mistakes In The Early Days”.  Algolia’s CMO was kind enough to have me be their kick-off guest for their “SaaS Expert” series and we did a pretty good deep-dive on top early-stage mistakes and learnings.  Worth a watch especially for earlier-stage CEOs and founders.

#2: “A Step by Step Guide to Revenue Growth with Mark Roberge, Harvard Business School”.  A SaaStr Classic and worth watching at all stages if you haven’t before.

#3: “SaaS Metrics Masterclass: Pricing Strategies and Billing Models with Stripe”.  One of the top-rated sessions from SaaStr Europa.

#4: “How to Keep Your Customers at the Center During Turbulent Times with Intercom”.  A new session from Intercom’s VP of Marketing.

#5:  “The Things Nobody Tells You About An $8B Acquisition with Ryan Smith from Qualtrics”.  Definitely a fun one.

#6: “Zendesk From Day 0 to Today: The Lessons Learned”.  A SaaStr Classic with CEO Mikkel Svane.

#7: “Busting the Myths About Startup Success with Blackline”.  An inspirational session that should be required watching.

#8: “Guidewire: From $0 to $6B, The Biggest SaaS Success Story You’ve Never Heard Of”.  A quiet Cloud success story that many of you haven’t heard.  A great thoughtful session.

#9: “Scaling Your Team in Hypergrowth with Flexport CRO Ben Braverman”.  I loved Ben’s session at SaaStr Scale.  Flexport’s approach to sales and customers is a bit different that many others’, but that only makes his learnings a better challenge to how you may be doing things.

#10: “Why Zoom Founder Went Solo & How Being an Engineer Helps You be a Better CEO”.  A shorter bit on why Eric decided to be a solo founder at Zoom, and when that works, and when it doesn’t.
